What if I don’t like the classes? Do you have a refund policy?

Yes, we do.


First-time new customers (meaning persons who have never signed up for our online classes) who have purchased a pass/membership on our website without availing of a free trial may request a full refund for their purchase. They must notify Dance and Health in writing within 14 days of making the purchase. Please send an email to [email protected] with “refund” in the subject line. Please note, failing to notify us within 14 days of your purchase, your refund request will not be fulfilled.


There is no refund option if you have availed of a free trial.


When you sign up for a challenge or a membership that is advertised to start on a later date, the 14 days refund policy is applied from the day your challenge or membership starts. (This day is always stated on the page where you sign up).
