What if I don’t like the classes? Do you have a refund policy? Will the payment I make be a recurring payment? I've previously purchased a pass and can't find it on my account I just signed up for a new membership but my existing membership hasn't expired yet. Did I lose the remaining days on my previous membership? Does my membership renew automatically?
