I just signed up for a new membership but my existing membership hasn't expired yet. Did I lose the remaining days on my previous membership?

No, you never lose any time on your active membership when you sign up for a new one.


When you buy a new pass, it will simply be added to your account, in addition to your existing pass, but please note, it can take up to 48 hours until we rectify the activation date of your new pass in the system.
